Lockdown Highlights (Term 3)

                             Lockdown Highlights 🔐 (Term 3)

Kia ora bloggers from around the world 👉🌍.Today I am going to be blogging about my lockdown highlights for Term 3. I had a lot of work that I did during this term. To be honest, I enjoyed lockdown in term 3. It was fun doing different tasks and then linking it to a slideshow. I have a lot of memories from term 3. My teacher (Ms Sands) told us we have to take a screenshot of all the extra activities and then put the photos in a slideshow we did last term, not maths , reading and writing. The task I liked the most was the card building I liked it because I was challenging myself that I can build a tower from a pack of cards. That was pretty fun.😀  I also like when we put photos of our different dress ups 👗we did in our meets. That slideshow is my second favorite slideshow. I was really happy I finished the slideshow of the things we did last term because I really wanted to blog about the staff I have been doing. I hope your school did something similar to what we did. My favorite part about the school tasks is that you can take photos and videos of what you are doing. I liked all of the other subject as well though. I like when the tasks are really challenging because you can then really push ourselves. That's why I liked the card building task because it was challenging (actually it took me one hour to build a card tower).😱 So if you ever try to build a tower with a pack of cards I am telling you it is really hard! Anyway I really liked the tasks we had to do last term they were interesting. I like the tasks from this term too. I like when we make videos and take photos of the creative staff we our doing at home. For example, like the nature art that we did. I found that was really creative. It was my third  favorite task.📘 I hope we do these kind of tasks this term or when we get back to school.🤞 I also like when the teachers pass nice comments and compliment my work. Thank you teachers for the support! I really liked last term's lockdown. It was fun! 😆

Anyway everyone please stay safe. Wear a mask whereever you go.😷 Spend time with your families. 👪 Have fun in lockdown.Be creative and cybersmart. Enjoy your day and lockdown.

Down below is my slideshow (my lockdown highlights). Enjoy looking at it and reading it. Please leave nice and thoughtful comments. Enjoy!

  1. Aloha Ibrahim. So many Lockdown Highlights, with detailed text, full of effort and positivity. Your movie review made me want to see that movie, you captured the idea that it was inspirational. Well done on the card stacking challenge. Does it make a difference what surface you build it on? A smooth table ? or carpet? Keep up the awesome mahi. Instead of a large paragraph in your blog, try a few paragraphs.
So kind of you to appreciate your teachers’ efforts, it makes their mahi worthwhile. A wonderful start to Term 4 and its fresh challenges.

  2. Fantastic slideshow with all your wonderful activities from last term Ibrahim. It is always a joy to read, watch and mark your work. It really does make our work seem worthwhile as Mrs Butler has said. Your writing has improved exponentially (so much, so fast) this year with great use of parenthesis (brackets). I agree again with Mrs Butler about breaking up your writing so more paragraphs are used now. When you start talking about something else, start a new paragraph. Good job!!

  3. Ibrahim, I am very impressed - not only with this reflective slideshow, but the blogpost too. Thank you fo acknowledging your teachers' efforts throughout lockdown - I know that they appreciate it greatly that you are so active in your efforts with your online learning. With regards to your slideshow, the highlights for me are: 1) the juggling skills you have been developing - it's awesome to learn a new skill, 2) the description of your father - it is important to recognise other peoples' qualities, 3) the card tower - because you demonstrated perseverance and resilience with continuing to build, and 4) the Darth Vader photos, because I think he's one of the most interesting characters in Star Wars. Keep up the amazing mahi Ibrahim.
