My Fitness Plan.

Kia ora bloggers around the world🌍👈 hope you are still safe and well. Today I am going to be blogging about my fitness plan that I created! I really want it to blog about my fitness plan so you bloggers , can do it outside or in a park! The other reason I wanted to blog about my fitness plan is because our main subject is on healthy food. So enjoy reading my blog post. A couple of weeks ago (I think it was week 5 or 6), I created my fitness plan!😄 My task was to do the fitness plan everyday with my family (which I did)! I created a fitness plan because I really want to do some fitness in lockdown so I don't look at my screen all the time. The other reason I created it to keep improving my fitness, the whole fitness plan is to achieve my health and pe goals and to do fitness with my family. Everyday I go outside I have some fresh air and then I start to do my fitness plan. I think you bloggers should make a fitness plan because you get to do exercises with your family and even have fresh air. So please create and follow one to keep fit and fresh. It was actually really fun creating the plan and then doing it. Fitness is really important for your body because you are basically moving your body, burning calories and having fresh air, which is always good! It is also important for your health and mental wellbeing. This is why I created a fitness plan and follow it everyday! Anyway have a nice day and weekend , make sure to go outside and get some fresh air.  Stay safe take care of yourself and your family, have fun with your family. 👪 The ticks on the fitness plan mean I did all of the exercises today.

    Thrilled to see you are doing your fitness plan everyday and encouraging your family and others to do the same. Ka pai! Staying fit and healthy is so good for the body & mind.
    It was lovely to see so many students dressed in something starting with F on this mornings google meet. Guessing you like football. Maybe another outside activity for you could be kicking a ball around. Have a good weekend now & keep up your excellent efforts.

  3. Hi Abraham, What a fabulous fitness plan! You are right about fitness being important for your mental health as well. We are so lucky to have fresh air which makes being active so enjoyable. You have motivated me to leave my screen time and go for a walk!

    It's great to see that you are keeping fit during lockdown. It's a good idea to go outside and enjoy the fresh air as well as having time away from the screen :)
    Doing a fitness plan for the whole family and working out together is fantastic! That way everyone stays fit and you all have fun together :)
    The activities you have picked will give you a full workout!

  5. Hi Ibrahim. This fitness plan looks great. I can't believe you managed to do all the tasks. I am thinking I should use this plan to keep me fit in the lockdown. I wonder what some other ideas you have are to keep fit during lockdown. Let me know! Miss Lane
